Vardhman Real Estate & Promoters’ latest commercial project Vardhman Karma Spaces is coming up in KP-3, Greater Noida. It is the first fully furnished office space-cum-commercial centre in Greater Noida. The project is planned to get 12 per cent assured return. Possession of the units is promised within the next six months.
Karma Spaces will be spread across 10 acres with commercial area of 100,000 sq ft priced at Rs 5,500 per sq ft. It is strategically located in KP 3 near Pari Chowk, Greater Noida.
